Counseling

Practising since 2015

A counselor is a professionally trained expert who helps people solve their problems through a series of sessions. The types of counselling vary, depending on the needs of the clients.

Counselling is a talking therapy that allows individuals to talk about their difficulties with skilled personnel in a calm and comfortable environment. Individuals may have different perceptions of what consulting comprises. However, in general, it is the process by which you discuss your problems in length, either with the intention of resolving them or of thoroughly exploring your opinions.

A counselor’s duty does not end with proposing that you do this or that. Rather, they encourage you to speak openly about your concerns in order to locate the root cause. Furthermore, they prepare an action plan to assist you in dealing with or overcoming the problem.
